Your yard looks great because you take the time to do the job right. You bought the best tools and lawn care equipment you can afford to get the yard tasks done quickly and efficiently.
To keep those tools working at maximum efficiency, you need to clean and lubricate each on a regular basis. Here are a few pointers to lubricate and protect your lawn tools and equipment using LPS Shop All Purpose Lubricant:
The push mower: Keep the wheel turning effortlessly by applying a bit of All Purpose Lubricant to each axle every month in heavy yard mowing season. It will not only lubricate but displace any moisture that has found its way into the wheel axle housing as well. Be sure to spray a little All Purpose Lubricant down the cables and chains too. Use All Purpose Lubricant on the underside of the metal mower deck to help prevent grass build up.
The riding mower: Like the push mower applications, use All Purpose Lubricant to lube all chains, cables, wheels, and under the mower deck. Pay attention to squeaky seat springs and levers. If it is a key start be sure to displace any moisture in the ignition using All Purpose Lubricant. Also, you can use All Purpose Lubricant to help loosen any stubborn corroded bolts, nuts, and fasteners.
The powered hedge trimmers: Apply All Purpose Lubricant directly to the cutting teeth after cutting the bushes. It will displace any moisture; help remove any sap accumulation and lube the teeth blades to be ready the next time you need to trim the hedges.
The chain and pole saw: Always hose the chain down with All Purpose Lubricant after a day of sawing trees and branches. It will help keep the chain lubed, displace any moisture and help remove any buildup of tree sap. Plus, it will prevent any corrosive attack while the saws are in storage.
The hand tools (lopper, hand saws, bow saws, clippers, etc): Keep the tools moving by spraying the blades and the connections with All Purpose Lubricant. Treat the blades after each use to remove organic matter and to protect the edges from rust.
The storage shed: Apply All Purpose Lubricant to the hinges and the lock (be it a Master Lock or a door lock).
Remember: If it squeaks, lube it with All Purpose Lubricant!
